We are seeking a confident individual with mechanical engineering or HVAC experience to develop their technical sales career.

• A background in mechanical engineering, HVAC, or a related field is essential.
• Alternatively, candidates from a broader sales or business development background can apply if they are willing to learn and develop their technical advisory skills.
• The ideal candidate will be commutable to Fareham on a daily basis.

2. Collaborate with the design team to bring these specifications to life, obtaining quotes and presenting finalized pitches to close sales.

Our Trainee Sales Engineer Package

• Starting salaries range from £28K to £35K depending on experience.
• Candidates from direct trade backgrounds may be eligible for up to £45K.
