DATA ENTRY - TAX REPORTING


This is a 7-month FTC to join a wealth management company tailored to the needs of Americans in the UK as a Data Entry Assistant in the Tax Reporting division.


DATA ENTRY - TAX REPORTING ROLE:

  • Creating business statements including ERI, Activity & Contribution and Distribution Analysis
  • Undertaking Second Eye Checks
  • Downloading of Custodian based reporting
  • File Management
  • Distributing client reporting
  • Tracking the progress of tasks
  • Performing various datarelated activities such as restructuring of data, data entry, data enrichment, data cleansing, data reconciliation
  • Ensuring that client records and other information is maintained accurately throughout the firm

DATA ENTRY - TAX REPORTING ESSENTIALS:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Comfortable dealing with complex formulas, queries, and connections between multiple Excel documents
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with close attention to detail to maintain the highest level of quality and accuracy
