What You'll be Doing

Do you have a passion for helping others? Whether it's getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or finding resolutions for their issues with a smile, you'll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.

Looking for an opportunity to share your passion for helping people find the right product - in this case, their next car (a Volkswagen Passenger Car / Audi of course)? Bring your natural ability to connect with people, share your enthusiasm for the product with them and facilitate their next interaction with the company.

In addition to supporting leadership and the team, you'll host live personal virtual tours in a truly innovative Virtual Showroom to help get customers excited about the car, answer their questions and then book a test drive at their local retailer of choice.

You'll combine your interest in virtually marketing cool products with the opportunity to work one to one with a customer to help them find the car that impacts their day-to-day lives.

In this role, you'll report to the Team Lead and work with a team of virtual showroom hosts. Together, you'll impact the customer experience by delivering a quality live Tour through service experience.

During a Typical Day, You'll

  • Bring your passion to deliver and produce 'The Live Tour experience' in order to ensure achievement of company and client quality goals while addressing employee related issues
  • Undertake training on new or revised information relating to services, products or processes of the project
  • Motivate and develop your peers along with the Live Tour Team Lead with your open, honest manner, high level of integrity, and judgement as you work with the customer to establish their needs and help the move on with their decision process.
  • Strong ability to communicate and connect with the customer
  • Ensure vehicles on Site are clean, connected and charging (accessories fitted as well)
  • Make sure daily reporting send to the Live Tour Team Lead
  • Prepare vehicles for filming
  • Content creation involving script writing, filming and editing of short and long video footage to be showcase within the live tour as well as websites and marketing campaigns

  • Attention to detail, including depth of knowledge
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Excel
