Description

This is a multi-faceted credit role where you need to have credit analysis and documentation experience, knowledge of development lending, excellent written and verbal communication.

Ideally you will also have experience in recoveries and collateral realisation.

You will be responsible for management of development lending portfolio from initial documentation through drawdown, monitoring and control.

You will be responsible for the Credit documentation, preparing regulated mortgage and unregulated facility documentation, preparing collateral documentation including legal charges, assignments, collateral warranties.

Responsible for development loan cases, covering for overseas property lending cases, instructing, and liaising with solicitors, valuers, and surveyors.

Reviewing property valuations and validating adherence to terms of sanction prior to drawings under approved facilities

Ensuring collateral registration and perfection, reviewing lease terms, and arranging consents.

Involvement with recovery list, issue of default notices and formal demand, instructing solicitors to commence recovery.

Annual panel review with valuers, solicitors etc.

Extensive experience in producing, approval of facility and collateral documentation.

Some legal recovery processes would be preferred
