Responsibilities

• Film and edit: Educational property / auction content YouTube & Long-Form Deal breakdowns and case studies Behind‑the‑scenes from the office and on-site Turn long-form into cut‑downs, highlights and Shorts that keep attention Meta Ad Creative Plan, shoot, and edit direct‑response style video ads for Facebook Instagram Create multiple versions from the same shoot different hooks patterns CTAs for testing Work with marketing to double down on what converts CTR watch time leads cost per lead Shoot in our Glasgow City Centre office location at properties Handle camera audio basic lighting so footage is ready to drop into the edit Collaborate tightly with current videographers share ideas footage workflows You'll Fit This Role If… Solid examples of YouTube long‑form edits Short-form paid social style edits Meta is a big plus Confident with cameras audio lighting on set Fluent Premiere Pro Final Cut DaVinci Resolve Care about hooks pacing performance not just aesthetics Like small tight competitive team where standards high feedback direct How To Apply Email CV Links your YouTube Instagram TikTok portfolio showing best work We want see your work We review every application Once we've found right person join our media team this role closed Job Type Full-time Pay £27 000.00£32 000.00 year Work Location In person
