Description

Central Recruitment are working with a well known manufacturing company in Burnley, recruiting for experienced Production Operatives on the night shift.


Duties include:


  • Load and unloading of moulding robots
  • Ability to measure liquid viscosity and weights
  • Using standard operating procedures to repair components
  • Complete quality documentation
  • Inspection of components
  • Working in a hot metal environment

Skills/ Experience/Knowledge:


  • Previous experience of working in a foundry
  • Good time management skills
  • Good verbal and listening skills
  • Knowledge of foundry processes, casting, shelling process, and robotic shell manufacture
  • Operating air hand grinding tools
  • Shell and moulding dewaxing and preparation
Hours of work are Monday - Thursday 9pm - 7am

Shift allowance paid for nights
