We are seeking a Marketing Business Partner to support our growing ambition with the strategic objective of deepening client relationships and achieving business production goals and return on investment.
Reporting to the Marketing Director in the UK, this person will work closely with underwriters, business leaders and project teamsin steering the creative services and external agency.
Responsibilities
- Assist and develop marketing strategy, plans and activities that meet business unit(s) growth strategies.
- Support highimpact and effective marketing materials targeted to clients and respective business stakeholders.
- Interpret business needs, provide consultation to business, and influence decisions to select the most effective communication tactic to meet business and marketing objectives.
- Implement marketing campaign, collaborate with business units Assistants / Coordinator/ Underwriters to maximize (internal and external) resources to deliver high quality, innovative products ontime and within budget.
- Oversee distribution activities, campaign management and analytics for effectiveness in getting out message.
- Effectively work within project management processes and systems to ensure efficient crossfunctional collaboration.
- Work closely with the wider UK Marketing Communication team to deliver endtoend marketing program and ensure integrated MarCom support being performed
- Collaborate with broader Global Communications team whenever appropriate to share insights, leverage best practices and drive efficiencies that will improve quality, consistency and effectiveness of marketing outcome.
- Ensure that all marketing programs, promotions and activities are tracked and measured to determine their ROI and success.
Knowledge and Skills
- 58 years marketing experience in (re)insurance or financial services.
- Outstanding strategic planning skills.
- Creativity, passion, energy, and a bias towards action.
- Ability to think proactively and challenge common practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver ontime.
- Ability to lead crossfunctional marketing and communications project and project teams.
- Excellent communications writing and verbal skills.
- Excellent collaboration and project management skills.
- Vendor relationship management experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively to corporate leaders, middle management, and partners and lead (influence) discussions to develop project objectives.
- Technical skill basic knowledge social media image formats, web language, internet/intranet maintenance skills, use of multimedia tools and technologies.
