Hybrid role (3 days office and 2 days home) after training

The Job:
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our client's compliance team to be responsible for ensuring that the compliance and learner services team is supported in all areas of administration.
What will you be doing?
- Distributing learners' certificates in a timely manner in line with awarding body/ sector skills councils' requirements
- Auditing and processing of the Scottish Government Apprenticeship programme documentation
- Addressing noncompliance actions that may be required to a fieldbased team of Learning Coaches and respective management
- Processing of data on relevant IT systems once audited
The Person:
- A keen eye for detail and excellent customer service skills
- Good IT skills with experience of Microsoft office packages
- Accuracy and ability to follow instructions
- The ability to work within a team environment to achieve team/department objectives
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Ability to carry out basic analysis of information
- GCSE Maths and English grade C or above (or equivalent)
The Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Location:
HYBRID 3 days Bristol office / 2 days home (after training)
