Responsibilities:


Employee Onboarding:
Contribute to the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company culture.


HR Administration:
Support HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and preparing HR-related documents.


Employee Engagement:

Participate in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs to foster a positive workplace culture.

Training and Development:
Assist in coordinating training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities for employees.


Employee Relations:
Learn and contribute to the resolution of basic employee relations matters and assist in maintaining positive working relationships.


Data Analysis:
Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting related to HR metrics and key performance indicators.


Special Projects:
Participate in HR projects that may arise during the internship period, gaining exposure to various HR functions.
