The successful Architectural Revit Technician will be offered:

Architectural Revit Technician requirements:

Excellent communicator who can articulate complicated issues
Able to work to tight deadlines with attention to detail whilst maintaining constantly high standards of work
Technical design experience required
Private practice experience
Knowledge of UK best practice standards
Full UK driving licence

Software knowledge requirements:

Must be proficient in Revit
BIM management Dynamo grasshopper is beneficial
Visualisation experience in Enscape, Lumion and Rhino experience is beneficial

As an Architectural Revit Technician, your role will involve the following:

Inspection of building work on site
Work closely with clients and colleagues
Carry out studies and design proposals for review
Preparation of detailed design/ technical drawings and specifications
Production of Technical drawings and details
Develop customer relationships
Solving problems, working to fixed budgets and working within deadlines
