We are looking for a Dual site practice managerbased in Glasgow, managing our Maryhill 3 surgery site along with our 4 surgery practice based in The Forge shopping centre.

Both sites have free parking and excellent local transport links
The Forge opened in 2019 as a brandnew state of the art practice
Plenty of local amenities on site or close by
Predominantly NHS practices with huge potential for private growth

As a Practice Manager, your role will include:

Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets and managing budgets
Leading a team of support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and engaging with selfemployed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
Analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to business profitability
