About Our Client:

The key responsibilities of the Sales Ledger role include but are not limited to:

  • Record and maintain accurate sales transactions
  • Create purchase orders
  • Process customer payments and maintain records of outstanding balances
  • Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments
  • Resolve customer queries and disputes related to sales transactions
  • Use accounting software and tools for maintaining sales ledger
  • Work closely with other departments such as accounts receivable and credit control
  • Provide support to senior accounting staff as needed.
