Strathclyde Sealants are looking for a surveyor/estimator to join our team.Job role -
- Producing accurate estimates based on the tender documentation within the timescales provided.
- Identifying the various risks within a project.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with the supply chain.
- Producing carefully considered tender submissions with clear and concise qualifications.
- Completion of PQQs / onboarding process for new clients.
- Measuring and valuing the work done on site.
- Preparing and submitting quotations and details of costs for work to be done.
- Issuing quotes for variations.
- Liaising with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers.
- Carrying out full measures to assist in pricing
Required:
- Relevant experience in a construction environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problemsolving skills
- Must have knowledge and understanding of interpreting engineers drawings

Experience:
