About Our Client:
The Finance Assistant (Hybrid) will be responsible for:
- Daily processing of invoices
- Ensuring all invoices are raised accurately
- Allocating of cash receipts
- Issuing of statements
- Investigating and resolving invoice queries
- Payment runs
- Chasing overdue debts
- Creating and managing new suppliers
- Supporting the Finance Manager
- Month end support
The Successful Applicant:
The Finance Assistant (Hybrid) will:
- Have previous experience working within Finance
- Be a great communicator both written and verbal
- Be IT literate
- Be comfortable working accurately to multiple deadlines
- Have strong numeracy skills
- Have great attention to detail
