Roles and responsibilities outline:
To drive the operational side of the sales department
Assist wih all aspects of new and used car sales
Help motivate and direct a sales team whilst remaining an active selling key member of it
Help drive sales plans and targets
Ensure the whole sales experience is delivered to every customer
To lead by example and inspire the sales team to achive outstanding results
To embrace the dealerships culture and future visions
Person specification
Well presented, strong customer service skills
Must have previous car sales experience
Salary:
£25,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hessle: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Car sales: 2 years (preferred)
