About us
Oak Hall is a luxury 55 bed care home specialising in frail elderly residential and nursing care.

We are situated in the Haslemere area with good transport connections.

To develop and plan a wide range of activity sessions to engage residents with the support of Well-Being Team Lead.
Prepare equipment for planned activities and ensure the safety of residents in the activity.
To provide 1 to 1 sessions with residents to ensure a high level of wellbeing.
Document resident attendance via PCS system.
Manage and maintain activity noticeboard for residents, family and friends.
Organise and plan activity programmes reflecting Resident's preferences.
Assist to produce newsletter to inform Residents and their relative/friends what's going on.
Support Residents to access internet and communication such as letter writing, Skype and FaceTime.
Ensure Residents are at the heart of events and programmes to enhance their wellbeing.
Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support.

Previous experience is preferred but not essential
- full training will be provided.
