Night Care Workers for an Extra Care Scheme

Rate of Pay - £10.92 per hour

To be provided with government recommended personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure both your safety and that of our clients. ICare will also provide training of how to put on, remove and dispose of PPE correctly and safely.
Blue light card qualification (receiving major discounts online and on the high street)
Opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification in Health and Social Care
As a bank employee, you will be required to work at least one shift every three months

Key Requirements:

Be kind, friendly and honest
Be a good listener, communicator, have empathy towards others and be respectful and observant
Be able to provide 2 satisfactory references
Be prepared to go through necessary background checks, inc DBS
Be eligible to work in the UK

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting and Enabling
Washing and Dressing
Providing Food and Refreshments
Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, repositioning and movement of clients
Bed making
Administering medication
Contributing to record keeping

We're ICare and we have recently been successful in being awarded two extra care services in Derby and we provide a range of care and support services for our older residents, some of whom have dementia.
