Description
The Role

  • Provide sales support to the Airport Sales team, specifically the Trading/Commercial team
What you'll be doing


DUTIES

  • Sales Support and administration for Sales Team
  • Support the Trading team in pulling together all the contract headers for all bookings
  • For every booking, professional photography has to be booked.
  • Daily upkeep of CRM
  • Weekly upkeep of all internal trackers, such as renewals and key availabilities
  • Internal systems (will be taught)
  • VIOOH, Merlin & Asset Bank
  • Administration of Temporary Airport Passes
  • Site Inspection tours
  • Handling telephone enquires
  • Preparation and distribution of site availability when required
  • Providing / collating brochures when necessary
  • Client competitive reporting
  • Helping to produce presentations (PowerPoint)
