Description

• Ensure processes are in place to ensure the timely placement of renewal risks in compliance with Group and Regulatory requirements and procedures.
• Liaise with internal and external underwriters to secure placement terms for policies as required.
• Provide advice to client brokers in relation to the scope of cover and policy terms and conditions as appropriate.
• Ensure accurate and timely provision of policy and supporting documentation to clients.
• Maintenance of Client Technical files.
• Accurate entry of policy and financial data into various broking software platforms.

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage client expectations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including a confident telephone manner.
• Highly motivated and ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team.
• Constructive and supportive working style.
• Computer literate including MS Office and experience utilising other software systems.

• APA/CIP qualification held or working towards.
• Previous experience in commercial lines insurance.
• Experience of the insurance renewal process.
• Knowledge of the London Market placement process.
