Parts Coordination ManagementCoordinator


We are now looking for a Parts Coordinator - PCM to join our Parts Services team within the successful Marine Power division.

The location for the position is in Fareham, UK.


What will you be doing In this position?
Your work will include being the customer contact for spare parts quotations, orders, deliveries and non - conformities.

In this role you will act as a link between the customer and various departments involved in the spare parts delivery process.

As a Parts Coordinator - PCM, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

  • Handle and coordinate quotes and orders according to working procedures, guidelines, and local requirements
  • Ensure highest level of quality and response time for quotes and orders.
  • Actively follow up quotes with customers before they expire and provide feedback to Sales team
  • Actively followup the order book with the Sales team
  • Maintain and develop knowledge of customer specific solutions and needs
  • Follow up and communicate parts deliveries information accordingly in a timely manner to customers
  • Liaise with Sales about the content and terms of the offerings
  • Maintain and develop knowledge of customer specific solutions and needs

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

  • Experience in customer service, both internal and external
  • The ability to work as part of an effective team
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in the English language, both verbal and written
  • Parts Coordination Management related experience would be considered advantageous.
  • You will shine in this role, when you have sound organisation skills, cultural awareness and a desire to train and develop others.
