Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • To work with the marketing team in the US and UK to ensure we align on messaging and review what's working to maximize lead generation.
  • To ensure we have the right collateral to maximize the opportunity when in front of new and existing clients.
  • Working alongside our clients to enhance performance and maintain outstanding relationships as well as providing feedback and recommendations to Account Managers.
  • To support the Account Managers to ensure we have promotional calendars in place with relevant and applicable messaging to maximise gift cards sales as well as assisting with reviews and recommendations.
  • Awareness of trends and insights outside of the Blackhawk business to be creative with implementing these into current and future marketing plans.
  • Working across internal teams to review and analyze results from Campaigns to ensure we learn and evolve.

Qualifications:

  • Proactively review and work within company policies, standard operating procedures, company, and legislative updates to ensure you are working in line with best practices and business risk is minimized.
  • Display positive examples of the company Beliefs (Real, Accountable, One Team, Innovation) at all times.
  • Essential Skills Minimum 12 years in CRM and or marketing experience or Marketing Degree.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Clientfacing experience ideal, but not essential.
  • Experience of working in a fastpaced, digitaldriven marketing role is ideal.
  • Experience in the gift card industry is ideal, but not essential.
