Description
Your role will include:
- Liaise with product providers and other third parties to acquire required client information, including new and historic information
- Issue letters of authority efficiently. Responsible for ensuring the relevant information checklist is accurate and complete before passing to the relevant Paraplanner for review
- Assist the Paraplanner in preparing the client file and relevant paperwork prior to client meetings
- Assist the Paraplanner in preparing annual review packs, including the annual review checklist and the IO checklist
- Responsible for assisting the Paraplanner in maintaining detailed client files and records at the highest compliance and organisational standard
It would be ideal if you have an understanding or experience of the financial planning process and have excellent communication skills.
