Benefits Management Analyst
West Midlands / Hybrid

Full Time / Permanent

£45,000 - £55,000 plus bonus (c15%) and a comprehensive company benefits package


The Company

The Role


As the Benefits Management Analyst you will support the development and implementation of the benefits management framework, approach, standards and processes for all projects and programmes across the portfolio.

You will also support the identification,quantification and valuation of financial and non-financial?benefits, the creation and management of benefits realisation plans, and ensuring that benefits realisation is being tracked and reported.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of the benefits management framework and processes to ensure financial and nonfinancial benefits are being delivered.
  • Assist in raising the profile of benefits management within projects and programmes and support the development and delivery of benefits management training.
  • Help to ensure benefits management processes are adhered to at portfolio, programme and project levels.
  • Supporting benefits mapping and realisation planning, including assisting the Projects and Programmes to develop a comprehensive picture of enablers, capabilities and outcomes.
  • Support Project and Programme Managers in identifying, tracking and realising benefits, including their contribution to organisational objectives.

Experience and Knowledge required

  • Must have experience of identifying, quantifying, valuing benefits and managing and tracking realisation of benefits in large change programmes
  • Experience of project and programme delivery and the management of cost/budget in a project environment.
  • Excellent influencing, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience of supporting the delivery of change through the entire project/programme lifecycle
  • Able to demonstrate experience of Project Management methodologies gained across a diverse range of departments with internal and external suppliers.
