An exciting opportunity to work as a business administrator for Best Choice Care - an industry specialist recruiter for the care and health industry. You will be responsible for completing administrative tasks such as keeping records up to date, recruiting support workers, creating rotes etc.


Apprenticeship Summary

  • Monday to Friday (8 hour shifts)
  • Wage: £5.50 per hour
  • Expected duration: 18 months
  • Full time of 37.5 hours and part time hours at 30 can be offered Really flexible with working hours

What will the apprentice be doing?**- Recruiting Support Workers.

  • Matching the right carer to the right customer in a timely fashion.
  • Ensuring all shifts are covered.
  • Participating in on call on a rota basis.
  • Undertaking investigation meetings.
  • Supporting the Senior Manager with business development.
  • Ensuring all carer records are up to date.
