Position:
Warehouse Operative


Location:
Belfast


Duration:
Temporary to Permanent


Rate of Pay:
£11.16 per hour


Hours of Work:
Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 2pm


Duties will include (but not be limited to):

  • Maintain high standards and level of accuracy and will assist with picking, packing, goods in and stock checks.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse
  • Ensure health and safety standards are followed to at all times, keeping a safe and secure working environment
  • Picking of products with high accuracy
  • Strictly follow goods in and dispatch procedures
  • Produce delivery notes and address labels
  • Careful handling of stock at all times to ensure no damage caused Loading and unloading of containers and delivery vehicles
  • Cycle counting and stock checks
  • Packing orders with easily identifiable goods, in packaging fit for purpose
  • Record and notify any discrepancies in fulfilling orders
  • Replenish stock daily Environmental awareness reduce, reuse and recycle
  • Other duties as required

Essential Criteria:


  • Warehouse experience
  • Manual Handling
  • Health and safety awareness/ training
  • Experience with handheld scanners

Desirable Criteria:


  • Counterbalance Forklift licence
