The Role:

Key Responsibilities for this role:

Working on consultant databases collating and distributing data effectively and efficiently to databases using eVestment Omni.
Assessing the appetite for adding new funds to databases and new databases to our Campaign
Project management working with stakeholders internally to build reports increasing M&G's visibility on databases.
Supporting the team with reporting on databases, including completion rates and screens, utilising systems such as Power BI
Manage Salesforce reporting / analytics across the wider RFP, Market Intelligence and Database team.
Manage the completion of Surveys within M&G, establishing repeatable processes for attaining data internally.
Updating client questionnaires from coming from databases
Undertaking a number of strategic projects to improve the quality of data shared with clients.
Explore opportunities to automate wherever possible, working with internal technology and data teams to assess synergies.
Help influence strategy about how to present funds across databases maintaining consistency of message.
Monitor Data platforms for potential mandates.
Managing and responding to ad hoc queries from the wider business
To work collaboratively with colleagues and take personal accountability to maintain and enhance controls you are responsible for to support improvement of the overall control environment, customers outcomes and a reduction in M&G's operational risk.

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Knowledge of / experience working with the following databases: eVestment, Mercer GIMD, Preqin, Camradata, Cambridge Associates, Callan, Wilshire, Alphaport
Experience of working in asset management
Achieved/working towards the IMC qualification.
Strong analytical and organisational skills
Initiative to spot areas for improvement in process
Excellent attention to detail who ensures work is accurate and reviewed thoroughly.
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
Demonstrate a high level of energy, drive and dynamism.
