- Implement and manage the new payroll systems effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislations.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing information.
- Provide training to the team on payroll systems and procedures.
- Collaborate with the HR and Accounting teams to streamline processes.
- Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, and nontaxable wages.
- Ensure the protection of payroll information by maintaining confidentiality.
- Stay informed about current legislation affecting payroll.
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Payroll Implementation Specialist should have:
- Proven experience in payroll implementation and management.
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
