Your working hours will typically will be Monday to Fridays from 9am to 5pm, however this may change and will be confirmed at the interview.


Brief overview of the apprenticeship:

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers, employees, and clients, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative requirements.


  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organise and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from the senior manager
  • Data input
  • Filing
  • Scanning
  • Record keeping
  • General office assistance

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end? Business Administration Level 3. This training will be conducted primarily at the employer's site.
