Patient Care Advisor / Administrator (formally known as Medical Receptionist)

MATERNITY COVER 1 YEAR FIXED TERM CONTRACT**
Ideally 37.5 hours per week full time or would consider part time


We are looking for a pleasant, enthusiastic and well organised Administrator with a positive attitude to join our friendly team at Nethertown Surgery.

Duties will be varied and cover a full range of reception and administration tasks.

Along with a positive attitude you should be reliable, have good interpersonal and communications skills, computer literate, able to use your own initiative to prioritise effectively and be a good team player.

Attention to detail and a strong sense of confidentiality are essential.

This is a busy and fast paced environment and you will need to be able to remain calm while handling pressure and demands which can be experienced with high work volumes.

Previous experience within a GP Practice is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

HOURS:
Monday-Friday 09:30-18:00 (with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break)
