Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic School Facilitators to join our team on a national level.

As a School Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting young people as they tackle real-life business challenges set by some of the UK's largest companies.

Through interactive workshops and activities, you will inspire and educate students about their future career pathways.


Key Responsibilities:

• Guiding students through reallife business challenges set by prominent UK companies.
• Facilitating group discussions and activities to promote critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
• Providing mentorship and support to students as they develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Enthusiastic and energetic individual with outstanding communication skills.
• Experience working with young people in educational or youthfocused settings (e.g., actors, teachers, entertainers).
• Passionate about helping students explore and pursue their career aspirations.
• Ability to engage and inspire diverse groups of students.
