Job Overview
As the Head of Product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product portfolio and driving our company's growth strategy.
With a deep understanding of market dynamics, user needs, and emerging technologies, you will define and execute a product roadmap that aligns with our company vision and objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers and prospects alike to understand and address user needs and issues
- Own and deliver the product strategy in collaboration with crossfunctional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing and customer success.
- Commercial pricing and strategy, working with the leadership team to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Support the Sales & Marketing teams where needed
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a small product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Track and analyse key product metrics, performance indicators, and customer feedback to measure product success and inform future product iterations.
- Ensure the product metrics are clearly linked to the key commercial metrics of the business
- Collaborate closely with product squads to translate product requirements into actionable development plans, and ensure alignment with technical feasibility and resource constraints.
- Ensure all product squads have a clearly laid out roadmap and are delivering against it effectively
- Chair regular product steering group meetings with the Product steering group
- Ensure the product roadmap is communicated clearly within the business and to customers with the support of Product Marketing
- Ensure that risk is managed appropriately for upcoming launches
- Ensure that all relevant product management processes and documentation are in place and ensure they are being followed by the business
- Drive the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of highquality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to anticipate market shifts and identify new opportunities for product innovation.
