Director of Sales / Sales Director.

This role is about delivering and executing the sales scale-up plan in the UK for the world's favourite cloud marketplace for IT professionals to buy, sell, and manage best-in-class technology solutions.

How you can impact Pax8 in this role:

  • Champion a healthy sales community & culture while quadrupling UK revenues in the next 4 years
  • Lead and develop a worldclass sales management team (approx 7 managers) that aims to excel while creating an inclusive environment for all (40+ in sales)
  • Grow and nurture a frontline management team to set the industry benchmark for outstanding relationship selling
  • Drive the adoption of tools and be a role model for sales efficiency best practices, followed by other emerging regions
  • Ultimately create your development pathway to VP, ensuring equal opportunities for career growth

What are the Challenges in this role?

  • We are a Technology Unicorn and move at lightning speed be comfortable "flying the plane while building it"
  • Supporting and developing managers to navigate huge growth and operational changes, while creating an environment where psychological safety builds trust & confidence
  • Growing and recalibrating selling methodology, books of business, compensation plans, and process rigour while striving for increased sales performance.
  • This is a "deliver through" influencer role, where collaboration and diverse ideas are valued and everyone's voice should be heard.

Requirements:


You'll be ideal for us if you have:

  • Experience and knowledge in scaling up sales revenue in SaaS/recurring revenue technology products
  • A record of successfully building, managing and developing sales management teams
  • Successfully combined Sales Management with revenue growth in an environment that promotes positivity, community and personal growth
  • Sales dashboard development ability with strong analytical data interpretation and accurate forecasting expertise across signups, activations, saturation, churn, and other indirect channel measurement metrics
  • Delivered innovation in Sales Management tooling development, e.g., Salesforce/Outreach/Marketo/Chorus/Linkedin Sales Navigator/PowerBI, etc

This is a hybrid/on-site role located in our vibrant and modern Bristol offices close to Bristol Temple Meads Station, promoting work-life balance and considering individual needs.
In order to fulfil this role you should be resident in this country with a valid right to work. You should be available to commence work by October 2023. There will be 3 interview stages including a presentation scenario. Out of hours conversations are possible.
