I am working with this Manchester based, award-winning developer to find someone to fill their property sales role.

We are looking for a someone who wants to join our growing dynamic team in the role of property sales as a Letting Negotiator, who can progress with the Company to in this exciting time of continued growth.

The position of property sales in this Manchester based company offers a varied and exciting opportunity, duties include:

Dealing with sales enquiries
Arranging and conducting viewings
Following up with accurate and productive feedback to our clients
Negotiating offers
Sales progression
Diary management

The Requirements:

We are looking for an all-round salesperson, who can communicate with clients at all levels and contribute to the whole team productivity and Company ethos.

Highly organised
Exceptional customer service
Excellent written, oral and social skills
