KPI Measurement:


  • For all projects assigned
  • Fire & Smoke project planning
  • Fire & smoke product development specifications
  • Inputs for Project Safety Design Reviews on time and documented.
  • Compliance to Alstom rules & processes

Responsibilities:


  • At project execution stage, deliver Fire & Smoke analysis (Fire & Smoke Report, BDI approvals, PV monitoring ) compliant with QCD work packages commitments.
  • At product development stage, set the relevant targets depending of the applicable standards and regulations and customers targeted, for internal development (make) and external (COS).
  • Assure the right deployment (standards, tests, simulations ) for covering Fire & Smoke requirements at design/manufacturing level.
  • Pilot the use of database MARIE.
  • Support the deployment of processes, methodologies, simulations and available fire safety data management (ReX) and storage tools
  • Raise an issue at N+1 in case of gaps / abnormality /incompliancy
