Our client is reputable steel bearings manufacturer for automobiles, marine engines, construction machinery and general industrial use. They are now looking for skilled Machine Operatives to join their team on permanent basis.

Job snapshot:

Receive and check materials for production
Set machine in accordance with requirements
Operate a range of engineering manufacturing machinery
Check and ensure quality of product is to standard
Complete records and documentation as required
Maintain good housekeeping standards
Report any concerns to Team Leader / Manager
Ensure an effective handover to following shift where appropriate
Work flexibly as part of the manufacturing team and to support other team members as required
Comply with the company's quality, health & safety and environmental policies and procedures

Pay:

Basic Hourly rate: £11.00 p/h to £13.50 p/h (doe)
Double days shift (20% increase): £13.20 p/h to £16.20 p/h
Night shift (33% increase): £13.63 p/h to £17.95 p/h
Various shifts patterns available to suit your needs mornings, afternoons and nights
