Looking for an energetic, hard working team player, to join our growing team.

To work alongside the current Executive assistant to provide administrative support to our senior consultants. You will be working closely with our senior team and ensure the team is fully supported.

Key responsibilities

  • General administrative support
  • Arranging travel itineraries
  • Assisting the EA in planning various company events.
  • Assisting in managing postal contracts and distribution
  • Inputting data onto our CRM
  • Assisting in typing meeting notes.

Personal spec

  • Good oral and written communication
  • Good team player
  • Experienced in use of Outlook, and Microsoft packages
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • A motivated and proactive attitude

Full time or Part time role available

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 24 per week


Salary:
Up to £22,000.00 per year


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • English (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location:
Hybrid remote in London
