Description
A global leading law firm are seeking a Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in Birmingham.


The Role:


Your new role will span over multiple disciplines (including Litigation and Transactional) assisting high value city grade work for both the UK and overseas.

Assisting a variety of mattes across different practice groups, duties can include drafting transactional documents, negotiations, document review, bundling and court assistance for large scale projects and contract analysis.


About You:


  • Strong academics including law degree or equivalent qualification essential.
  • At least 6month previous Paralegal experience in a law firm is essential.
  • Able to commute to Birmingham office 3 days a week.
  • Bonus if you have experience or knowledge of legal technology.
