We're looking for enthusiastic people with a passion for helping others to join our First Contact Resolution team based at Walnut Court in Swindon as a
Customer Advisor.


What you'll be doing
As a
Customer Advisor working in our
customer-centric contact centre, you'll answer
inbound calls from our customers.

Every call is different - from helping customers understand their water bill to helping customers who are facing financial difficulty find the best price tariff, you'll listen to the customer and take ownership of their needs, showing empathy, being proactive and finding the best solution.


Don't worry if you haven't worked in a contact centre before or don't have experience in the water industry, whatever you've done and wherever you're from, we'll invest in you and your career.

Every customer and every call matters to us and to ensure we are available to support our customers when they need us, you'll be working 36 hours a week on a rotational shift:

  • 5-Day Week Monday to Friday working 1 Saturday in 4
We're holding weekly face-to-face assessment centres for our
Customer Advisor role.

The assessment centres are held in our office in Walnut Court and are a great opportunity to meet members of our team.

What you should bring to the role

  • A strong passion for customer service if you have worked within a contact centre previously, that's great but also if you've helped people facetoface or over the telephone, you've got the potential to become an exceptional
    Customer Advisor:
  • Active listening skills
  • Demonstrate empathy and understanding
  • Able to hold difficult conversations and demonstrate resilience and strength
  • Passion and a great team player
  • A strong level of computer literacy, and problemsolving skills
