The Recruitment Duo are working with a key client to recruit an experienced and talented HR & Payroll Systems specialist to support an exciting period of change and development.

Working as part of a talented and supportive HR function, you will be givena chance to showcase your knowledge and experience in Payroll systems and help to enhance and improve payroll service delivery.


Working as a key business partner to a Business division of around c4000 FTE within a Global manufacturing business, your role will be to maximise best use of the current HR and Payroll Information Systems, continually review and optimise performance andensure the business is ready to take on payroll services for other business divisions in the future.

This is a flexible role with the opportunity to work mainly remotely


Key Accountabilities:


  • Responsibilty for the Payroll system within your business area and key point of contact for your colleagues in the Payroll function
  • Efficient and accurate data reporting where required
  • Key contact for HRIS technical and 'Champion' for best practice in effective us of the system
  • Data management, to include migration and change projects
  • Adhoc project management to include system implementation projects

Skills & Experience Requirements

  • Significant experience in a similar Payroll Systems specialst role, ideally with knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to communicate and influence opinions and recommendations effectively
  • Experience of working with large scale businesses would be advantageous
