Smart, sociable and solution orientated, you will lead our project co-ordination in this pivotal role for our dynamic engineering business, based in Bristol.
We manage the fire and security compliance and safety for all of our client's buildings throughout the UK, from hospitals to gyms to schools.
As the Project Co-ordinator you will have the opportunity to make a considerable contribution to the success of the business.
In the main you will:
- Manage all postsale contract project coordination
- Coordinate the project resources and book site visits for engineers
- Organise the support services needed to ensure successful installations, decommissions, and site moves
- Control all sales administration such as order processing, raising quotes and tracking and purchasing parts
- Prepare reports and project analysis for clients
- Provide first class pre and postdelivery customer support
- Produce risk and method statements for projects
- Act as the first point of contact for any issues, then deal with them

The role is offered on a full time, permanent basis, and although the role is based at our central Bristol office hub, there is option to work one day a week remotely.
