Overview
Indigo Swan are a multi-award-winning energy consultancy, on the hunt for a brilliant office and data administrator, to join our passionate team.
Working from our office in Norwich, you will be providing administrative support to our team and working to ensure the smooth running of our office.

You will play an integral part within the Client Services team, providing support in the management of our client accounts and the general running of the office.
- Promote Indigo Swan as a professional organisation at all times
- Enter data onto our company CRM system in accordance with quality standards
- Check and validate client energy bills, liaising with both clients and suppliers on any anomalies
- Assist with keeping our database uptodate
- Contact clients and suppliers to resolve queries
Tools and Support
Full training in all areas of the business will be provided. This will cover the energy industry, Indigo Swan's processes and products, our clients and the company's strategies.
Training will also cover the software tools we use including Indigo Swan's CRM system to record information
(Salesforce), and our Customer Portal, Pathfinder.
What type of person are we looking for?
This role requires a professional and friendly nature, a high level of attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and strong use of English and Maths.
Indigo Swan additionally requires a sense of humour and a can-do attitude to fit into the culture of our organisation.
