The Role
We are looking for a Sales Operations Associate to support our fast-growing Sales and Revenue Operations teams.

This person will play an important role in helping to design and execute a scalable, sustainable, and predictable go-to-market strategy.

Reporting into our Revenue Operations Manager, you'll proactively look to improve our systems and processes, generate insights, and ultimately enhance the productivity and output of our Sales team.

Tech Stack


Responsibilities:

Research new companies that fit our Ideal Customer Profile to pass on to the Sales team.
Work closely with Robin's Revenue Operations Manager and Head of Sales to implement new sales processes, workflows, and automation.
Improve the quality of the data in our CRM (HubSpot).
Create high-quality assets such as sales pitch decks and pricing proposals to share with prospects.
Proactively identify opportunities for sales and go-to-market process improvement.
Provide reports, data, metrics, and dashboards as needed for key executives.
Your Skills
You have strong analytical skills.
You are highly organised & detail oriented.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You have a positive outlook and proactive mindset.
You have intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
You may have experience with software such as HubSpot, Notion, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator,
