PURPOSE OF THE POSITION_
The key objective of this role is to operate and maintain production lines and equipment efficiently, to guarantee the quality of our products and to reach the set KPI targets.
The key operator will assist the team in all aspects of daily production tasks including fryer, extruder and flavour operations as defined in the SOPs, to ensure the smooth running of both the factory and the Equipment, with a clear focus on both safety and food safety.
Follow and maintain a safe and compliant environment, manufacturing quality products as required by theCustomer agreed standard and contribute to the culture of Continuous Improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES_
- Working in a safe manner with due consideration for personal Health &
Safety
- Strive to achieve 0 accidents.
- Follow the 10 golden rules at all times.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures for all Machinery.

Quality
- Report any issues to the Quality and Management teams
- Participate in food safety training

- Meet set priorities and objectives
Delivery
Use the correct resources and equipment
- Complete an appropriate handover at the beginning and at the end of the shift
- Analyze and solve issues that may arise, report any issues that may impact the activities and cause disruption to production.
- Complete repairs and ask the Process Technician for support and Team
- Drive the tasks of the team assigned to the production line during the shift, to reach the KPI targets
- Operate machinery efficiently, following the process standards.
- Complete all relevant documentation
- Train others as required
- Identify opportunities and create solutions to eliminate losses.
