Location:
Moulton, near Newmarket - (own transport required as not easily reached by public transport).


Please note:

We do not require previous telecoms experience as full training in all areas will be offered however previous Customer Service experience would be favourable.

What does the job entail?
Front line customer service and support.

Support of voice lines, data services, voice over IP solutions, routers, mobiles and telephone systems.

Liaison with our industry partners.

Placing and chasing supplier orders

Raising and resolving issues and provisioning and implementing solutions.

Use of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Ticket systems along with the use and access of various supplier portals.

The opportunity to complete a BTEC Level 3 _(upon completion of a 3 month trial period) _in ICT Systems and Telecom Principles and a Level 3 Diploma in Professional Competence for IT and Telecom professionals or similar course.

Working hours: 08:30-17:30 Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch to be taken at an agreed time between 12:00 and 14:00.
