Customer Relationship Manager, Bournemouth, £37,000

The purpose of this role:


As
Customer Relationship Manageryou'll be responsible for
aftermarket & services account management, helping to
achieve annual performance targets, ensuring customer relationships are healthy and maintained.

There will be
occasional travel to global customers and company offices.

As
Customer Relationship Manageryour
responsibilities will include:


  • Providing efficient and
    accurate responses to customer enquires regarding products/services

Conducting order book and performance
reviews with key customers

  • Ensuring strong
    customer relationships maintained:

  • Identifying additional revenue streams and providing weekly risk/opportunity summaries to management

Skills and experience:


  • Proven
    track recordin a
    sales / business development / aftersales role:
  • Experience in the
    engineering/manufacturing industry:
  • Ability to confidently
    buildand
    maintain customer relationships:
  • Effective approach to challenging conversations, utilising
    strong communication skills
