    Job Title: IT Project Coordinator

    The successful candidate will support the delivery of a significant programme of IT projects that will transform the way we provide services to our customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Change Control: Coordinating change control processes and attending approval meetings.
    • Project Governance: Ensuring projects adhere to approved frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately.
    • Project Planning: Maintaining and monitoring project plans to ensure deadlines are met.
    • Issue Management: Determining project changes, assessing and recording project risks and issues, and providing solutions where applicable.
    • Administrative Support: Providing administrative support as needed.
    • Research and Documentation: Undertaking project tasks including research and creation of project documentation such as plans, tasks, and testing records.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Organising and participating in stakeholder meetings, documenting, coordinating, and following up on actions and decisions.
    • Relationship Building: Building strong relationships with IT colleagues, stakeholders, and third-party suppliers to achieve project objectives.
    • User Support: Ensuring stakeholders are updated and have the necessary information and training for new systems.
    • Testing and Quality Assurance: Coordinating technical and user testing, recording issues, and arranging test sign-offs.
    • Budget Management: Monitoring project budgets, maintaining records, and reporting variations to management.

    Requirements:

    • Team Experience: Experience working as part of a team to implement new systems and processes.
    • Project Management Skills: Experience in project management tasks such as planning, reporting, and documentation.
    • Relationship Building: Experience building relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and third-party suppliers.
