Herefordshire Council is looking to recruit a Programme Co-Ordinator join a professional and passionate team. We have an exciting journey ahead to reinvigorate property management across the Council. Join us for a wide ranging and interesting role that has excellent career prospects.


The Programme Co-ordinator is responsible for ensuring the successful coordination and maintenance of the building maintenance programmes of work, obtaining and updating informative data (such as backlog data, condition reports and master data sets) and the processes and tools to inform and complete this task.

This will include the collation of status reporting across multiple projects and programmes, maintaining Verto and the document library to support decision making and audit trail within the projects.


The Programme Co-ordinator will also provide a point of contact for communication across the works programme and manage updates to Property colleagues, PMO and Hoople.

The role will maintain data sets in line with the Delivery Programme, asset review and rationalisation plans.


It will monitor the work programmes to ensure that the portfolio of projects is aligned to priority ratings, H&S, Strategic Asset Management Plan and the corporate delivery plan and strategies and that the delivery and reporting is in line with the council's governance framework.
