manufacturing?

Do you have strong customer service skills together with an excellent telephone manner and a proven background in both cross and upselling?

The Job:

You'll be responsible for the entire sales cycle from enquiry to completion; you'll also be responsible for:

Build strong relationships with both current and lapsed customers
Account management of existing customers
New business development
Creating quotations and following up
Ensure internal systems are kept updated

About You:

You'll already be working within a sales related role within a manufacturing environment; you'll also need:

The ability to read technical drawings
Experience of quotations
Confident telephone manner
Strong IT skills
Experience of using an internal CRM system
A clean driving licence
