Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet organizational objectives
  • Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery capabilities
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing and terms
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to make informed purchasing decisions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Experience:


  • Proven experience as a Buyer or in a similar procurement role
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable pricing and terms
  • Familiarity with logistics and transportation processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
£26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
