An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new People Partner within our People Function following a member of the teams retirement.

You will have lead responsibility for delivering key elements of the newly developed People Strategy at a local level and be pro active in taking forward the workforce transformation agenda in partnership with senior operational managers ensuring operational and strategic approaches complement each other whilst achieving the best outcomes for the Trust, staff and managers.

You will also provide senior HR leadership and support to services and have demonstrable experience in working collaboratively with key stakeholders in enabling transformational change and creating a culture of continuous improvement whilst ensuring our values are embedded in the way we operate as a function.
